Roger Braimon is a mixed-media artist using collage, watercolor, photography. He entered Westbeth with my work published in the book “Forever Barbie”, exhibited in solo and group venues, and was a Pew Fellowship disciplinary winner in painting. He has also worked as a textile painter, was a featured artist in NoLIta district boutiques, and currently is a creative consultant at Estée Lauder Companies working on specialized presentations and creative projects. At Westbeth, Mr. Braimon is the Admissions Chair of WARC. In that capacity he is working to create a more efficient process of screening applicants. He re-designed the Westbeth “W”, and is also creator of a “Welcome to Westbeth” booklet. He has researched the history of Westbeth with Alcatel-Lucent (former Bell Labs) and documented the vital milestones of Westbeth and its tenants.
